About Nepal Visa | How to get Nepali Visa

Before starting your Nepal trip, a Nepal visa is prerequisite for all the foreign nationals, India being the exception. Indian citizen does not need a visa to enter Nepal and vice-versa. You can obtain Nepal visa at the Nepalese Embassy or consulate in your respective country which eases your travel. However, if you cannot manage to have your Nepal visa before arriving in Nepal, you can obtain Nepal visa at the immigration located inside Tribhuwan International Airport- the only international airport in Nepal. Moreover, if you are entering Nepal via land from India or China, you can obtain Nepal visa at the entry point. Please carry a few copies of passport size photograph as they require for visa purpose and also for the issuance of various permits. For tourist Nepal visa fees are as follow: • Multiple Entry 15 days visa USD 25 or Equivalent exchangeable currency • Multiple Entry 30 days visa USD 40 or Equivalent exchangeable currency • Multiple Entry 90 days visa USD 100 or Equivalent exchangeable currency The immigration official accepts USD or other major currencies in cash for the visa purpose; however, they do not accept traveler’s check. Booking our trips is easy and do not have a fixed time until it is one day before the trek. You can book the trek that is 2 years ahead of the time or even 4 years. 

The benefit of booking the trek early is that you won’t be charged more than how much you have paid for the trek.

Payment and Cancellation:

If any trips cancel after full payment has been made following cancellation policy would be applied

i) More than 90 days 80% of total holiday cost (only 20% advance deposit is nonrefundable)
ii) More than 60 days 50% of total holiday cost is refundable
iii) More than 30 days 40% of total holiday cost is refundable
iv) More than 15 days 20% of total holiday cost refundable
v) No refund prior to 15 days of trip starting date

The following provisions have been made for reservations.
1. 20% amount must be deposited.
2. The total amount should be paid before departure from Kathmandu for any trip.
3. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to start date of trip.
4. 20% deposit is not refundable for cancellations.
5. We accept all major credit cards, cash, or bank transfer
