The best experience with Krishna

We were a bit hesitant at first to trek with a company given that we do all our treks solo. However, given the new rules that require you to trek with a guide, we had to search for a company. In our search, we came across Nepal Peak Adventures and we are so glad we did. Everything about the process was easy, from arrival to departure.

We can only speak about our guide, Krishna, but we cannot say enough about him. He made the whole 15-day trek one of the most memorable treks we have done. Be safe, prepared, and most of all a ton of fun.

A walk through the beautiful Himalayas with a friendly, supportive guide

I had a brilliant time doing the Everest Base Camp trek with Nepal Peak Adventure. Hom (agency director) organized my trip well and was in communication throughout. My guide Dhurba was sensitive to my needs as a walker as well as a good friend who informed me about the history and geography of each area we walked through. The accommodation and food were excellent. The walk was structured well, in terms of matching my pace and giving me rest days along the way to acclimatize. Thanks to Hom and Dhurba.

Itinerary planning is fully flexible and able to suit your own needs. Even last-minute changes are fully accounted for and planned for by the Nepal Peak Adventure team.

The Guide and porters personnel is very interactive throughout the hike and never fail to ensure that our safety/interest is okay during the hike.

Porter even track back to help carry our bags even when the day hike gets too tough.

At the end of it all, Hom from Nepal Peak Adventure even went out of his way to provide us with souvenirs for us to bring back home.

A Great time in the EBC route with a professional guild

I booked the trip with less information about EBC. Mr. Hom always replies to my question very fast at any time with good information that makes me more confident about the trip.

And when I came to Kathmandu, I met Bale, my guild who is very friendly and an excellent English speaker.

In the next day, we went to the airport for a flight to Lukla ( the beginning city for EBC trekking ). We were very lucky that time because of the weather, then we can fly that day. ( I heard that yesterday no one can fly because of the very clouded weather ). On the plane, I have a very great view of the Himalayan mountains ( trick it you should have a seat on the left hand )

Then I arrived at Lukla and met Krishna, my porter who always smile. ( I quite amazing how strong he is and he is also a good English speaker.

Along the way about 120 km of trekking, we are quite lucky because of the good weather I can see the Everest and other peaks of the mountains very clearly. Bale always gives me interesting information about this trekking.

We spend about 10 days trekking together and this is a great experience of my life.

So I strongly recommend those who like to come but are still afraid, you can come with this team confidently and you will get a worthwhile experience.

EBC Trek with Nepal Peak Adventure

Just completed our 8 days of hike to Everest Basecamp with our guide Bale & porter Dil, whom we met in Lukla. Great experience and nice lodging provided as part of the package. Both Bale & Dil were very accommodating to our needs and we modified some parts of our itinerary to suit our needs. Fun trek throughout and we would gladly recommend the company, Bale and Dil! Great & fun team 🙂 Mr. Hom Roma also provided us with great support via WhatsApp to prepare us for our trip and warmly welcomed us at the Kathmandu airport when we landed.

12-day EBC Trek

I recently completed the classic 12-day Everest Base Camp Trek with my porter-cum-guide Krishna of Nepal Peak Adventure. Krishna is immensely experienced and knowledgeable about all the settlements and trails up in Solukhumbu and he made for a choice trekking companion as a leader and guide, and as a conversation partner. Krishna was quite literally a lifesaver during our 12 days together, watching me closely and providing me with assistance and care especially during the final push to base camp and Kala Patthar when I was down with altitude sickness and gastrointestinal problems. I do not think I would have made it to base camp without his help.

And from the moment I landed in Kathmandu, the boss of the agency, Hom Rana, made sure to ensure that my stay in Nepal went as smoothly as possible. Hom and his team ensured well in advance that every aspect of the trek went smoothly for me. And in Kathmandu pre- and post-trek, he personally saw to it that all my needs and comforts were met and that all my queries were answered. Thanks, Nepal Peak Adventure for providing me with an experience of a lifetime. I already miss Nepal and all the people I met there. If and when I return, it will be with them again for sure.

Mr Hom helped in the planning phase with patience and was there for us night and day to take our questions and put a realistic plan in place, From the day we arrived till the day we left he made sure we were taken care of, surprising us with extra perks and immaculately tending to the many changes we had to make on the mountain.

Bale Tamang our guide and his loyal team of Sherpas did the trek with us over 15 grueling days climbing to the base camp and over the Chola pass.

Bale’s knowledge of the culture, the best routes, his smile, and his encouragement literally always adapting himself to the whims and wishes of our seven-man “expedition “.

As we summarised at the farewell dinner” God blessed us with the opportunity to fathom the most magnificent beauty of the majestic mountain peaks in the world, With remarkable sunshine and thirdly having BALE as our “chief” and guide.
