Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing and trek preparation (1400m)
Day 03: Fly to Nepalgunj (150 m) – 45 minutes flight
Day 04: Fly to Juphal (2400m) and trek to Dunai (2150m) – 35 minutes flight and 2/3 hour walk
Day 05: Trek to Ankhe (2660m) – 5/6 hour
Day 06: Trek to Renje (304m) – 6/7 hour
Day 07: Trek to Phoksundo Lake (3600m) – 6/7 hour
Day 08: Trek to Phoksundo Khola (3507m) – 6/7 hour
Day 09: Trek to Phoksundo Bhanjyang (4402m) – 6/7 hour
Day 10: Pass the Kang La pass (5,360m) and trek to Shey Gompa (4,126m) – 6/7 hour
Day 11: Rest day at Shey Gompa
Day 12: Cross the Saldang La pass (4785m), and then trek to Namduna Gaon (4400m) – 6/7 hrs.

Cost Includes
- Airport pick up and drop service in a private vehicle

- Twin-sharing accommodation in Kathmandu and Nepalgunj at tourist standard hotel along with breakfast
- Accommodation during the trekking in a teahouse/Lodge and a tent as per the necessity as it is a remote region trek and tea houses are not available in all the places
- All three meals on the trek (breakfast, lunch, dinner), fruits after dinner and tea/coffee (3 times a day)

- Down jackets and sleeping bags (upon request), should be returned to the company after completion of the trek.

- Expenses for your clothing and personal gears
- Your equipment of personal nature; and other expenses such as mineral water, soft beverages, laundry, hot drinking water on the trek, bar bills, showers, internet, etc.
- Your travel insurance which covers helicopter evacuation as well as medical expenses and trip cancellation
